Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $10.50 postage and handling.

You are also welcome to pick up your custom made order at Eumundi Markets on a Saturday by arrangement.

We can ship internationally for an additional charge.

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our workshop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn.  All returns must be replaced by another item of the same value or store credit. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item and cost to return it. 

How much is the return shipping fee? 

You will be be responsible to pay return postage but intern we will resend a replacement item or we can arrange to meet in person to do an exchange.
